In our Sales department we have a specialist team who support installations and it’s within this successful team that we have a new opportunity for a Regional Assessor. Your keen eye for detail will ensure that every project meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. This exciting role combines business development, technical expertise, and a passion for customer satisfaction. The region is well-established, with strong relationships already in place. You will provide customer mediation during any disputes, hard landscape guarantee inspections, and on-site technical no-design assistance. This will also include providing advice regarding installation techniques and excellent customer service to ensure continued growth - putting our customers at the heart of what we do.

Demonstrating your passion for developing lasting relationships, you will have responsibility for the recruitment and retention of installers. You will support and develop our scheme members, encourage and identify brand ambassadors and promote loyalty to the Marshalls brand.

We expect you’ll be out and about 3-4 days a week, with one/two days working from your home office. There will be plenty of variety including a great partnership with the Area Sales Manager and considering commercial goals as well as new product developing and testing. You’ll also ensure accurate online customer records are maintained & demonstrate and promote Marshalls products.
