Job description

Mira Search is a dynamic HR agency on a mission to simplify and streamline the hiring process for companies and employees. The primary responsibility of the Real Estate Recruiter will be to source and recruit real estate agents for various projects and developments.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract potential real estate agents through various channels, including online platforms, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct preliminary screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and suitability for the role.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and assist in the selection process.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified real estate agent candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the recruitment database.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in real estate recruitment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a recruiter within the real estate industry within Turkish and Dubai market.
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and dynamics.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for real estate roles.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.

  • Full English and Turkish languages proficiency.
