Job description

Job Title: Service Management Technologist
Location: Madison, WI 53783
Duration: 12 months
Contract Type: W2 only
Pay Rate Range: $60 - $65/Hour

The core responsibility of the position is working with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and maintaining our Dashboard and Reporting process area. This also includes building, updating, and working with internal customers and process owners on developing metrics and methods to display ServiceNow information.
