Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and motivated Remote Customer Service Representatives to support Maryland Medicaid accounts. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about enhancing the lives of others and possess a strong customer service background.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Provide comprehensive information and assistance to individuals, families, and brokers regarding enrollment and services related to Medicaid and Qualified Health Plans.
  • Address customer eligibility inquiries and guide them through the enrollment process.
  • Leverage state eligibility and enrollment portals, in addition to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, to ensure the delivery of exceptional service.

Qualifications

Work Schedule

  • Training Schedule: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday (Initial 7 weeks).
  • Post-Training Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM EST.

Note: Your full attendance during the training and nesting period is critical, as absences may lead to employment termination.

Equipment Requirements

Candidates are required to provide their own equipment, including:

  • A computer (desktop or laptop) with an Intel Core i5 processor or higher, 8GB RAM minimum, and 256GB hard drive.
  • A wired internet connection with a minimum of 100 MBPS download and 10 MBPS upload speed.
  • A wired headset with USB connection, video camera capability, and at least 30GB of available storage.
