Job Title: Customer Service Agent - German Speaking

Our mission is to provide exceptional support to our patients, ensuring they have the best experience when redeeming prescriptions and placing orders with us.

Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Agent to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, assisting them with enquiries related to redeeming prescriptions, products and orders. You will provide support primarily via email, live chat and telephone, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via email, live chat and telephone.
  • Assist patients in navigating the prescription redemption process and placing orders.
  • Provide accurate information regarding our products and services.
  • Address and resolve customer issues and concerns with empathy and efficiency.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in German is required; strong English is an advantage
  • No medical qualifications or experience required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first, 'can do' attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Experience in customer service role preferred.
  • Familiarity with live chat software and customer support platforms is advantageous.
