  • Verify insurance benefits in accordance with policy and maintain updated patient files.
  • Generate and track orders for Durable Medical Equipment (DME) supplies.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of contracted providers' specific requirements.
  • Update and correct patient records with each interaction.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to support operational needs.
