Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Czech-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Manage communication via phone, email, and chat to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions and update databases as necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify best practices for improving service quality.
  • Participate in team meetings to contribute ideas for process improvements and customer engagement strategies.
  • Stay updated with the latest product developments and service protocols.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Czech and English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Technical proficiency with customer service software and tools.
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
