Job description

Job Overview

Are you eager to make a substantial difference within a dynamic and supportive remote team? As a Customer Service Representative, you will be integral to the enhancement of our customer service operations. While this role may not involve direct customer interactions, your efforts will significantly support our sales and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate effectively with a team of seven to provide outstanding support to our sales and operations departments.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer service experience characterized by professionalism, timely responses, and accurate communication.
  • Manage incoming inquiries via email and phone from the customer service team, account team members, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate processing and maintenance of customer orders to meet delivery expectations.
  • Identify and resolve issues proactively through robust problem-solving, collaboration, and appropriate escalation when necessary.

Required Skills

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience with SAP/CRP systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel (medium to high level); experience with PowerPoint is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Experience in order book management is beneficial.
  • Ability to work primarily on a computer, providing essential support to the Customer Service team.
