Job description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Duties

  • Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
  • Utilize computerized systems for data entry, customer support, and sales tracking.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or product recommendations.
  • Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or promote services.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products or services effectively.
  • Proficiency in cash handling and basic arithmetic skills.
  • Excellent typing skills with a strong command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with data entry processes and computerized systems.
  • Ability to analyze information quickly and make sound decisions based on customer needs.
  • Prior experience in outbound calling is a plus but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.90 - $30.00 per hour
