We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Management Specialist to oversee and support recruiting for our Facilities Planning and Engineering team. The Recruiting Management Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and efficient interview process for candidates and hiring managers. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for providing a positive candidate experience.
Job Description: Coordinate all recruiting needs among technical team members and hiring managersLead weekly recruiting status update meetingOversee recruiting sourcing activities and monitor sourcing trendsCommunicate effectively with third-party stakeholders, including external recruiting firms and ERG’s technical clientsManage and maintain the list of all open requisitions and understand both the intricacies and overlap among opportunitiesMeet with technical team members to understand new recruiting needs and draft job postings for review and approval by hiring managersIdentify personnel that can properly review and assess candidate qualificationsDesign interview schedules that are appropriate to the level of desired qualificationsEnsure recruiting team moves candidates through the pipeline in the applicant tracking systemEnsure the recruiting team is aware of high-priority ads, understands the desired candidate qualifications for those ads, and effectively source new candidatesAssist with coordination of start dates and other onboarding tasksProvide ideas for process improvement opportunitiesEfficiently handle last-minute scheduling changesProvide a positive and welcoming experience for candidates throughout the interview processLead/support recruiting-related outreach to educational institutions (e.g., career fairs)Identify and communicate resource and/or professional development needs within the recruiting teamSupport other administrative tasks related to the recruitment process as neededQualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree required, or four years of relevant industry experienceEast Coast candidates preferredA minimum of five years of previous recruiting management experienceStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Familiarity with Lever or similar applicant tracking systems (ATS)Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretionStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing prioritiesA positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional candidate experienceAbility to obtain a DoD Secret level security clearanceERG offers competitive salaries and excellent benefits, including health and dental insurance, life insurance, long-term disability, educational benefits, FSAs, a generous 401k plan, profit sharing, an EAP, 11-20 paid vacation days per year, 10 paid holidays per year, 56 hours or more of sick leave (based on the state you work in) per year (pro-rated for part-time) and more.
