The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Key Account Manager (m/f/*) for the Pharmacy Channel within the Consumer Business Group in Benelux you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Negotiating annual agreements on prices and conditions and establishing strong commercial collaboration.
  • Achieving the agreed annual financial targets and all customer related sales KPIs for designed customers.
  • Tracking and analyzing market and customer evolution, closely monitoring competition, and formulating growth opportunities.
  • Ensuring flawless execution of all category and brand strategies at the customer level.
  • Handling the operational management of the assigned customers, including evaluating promotions, and analyzing sell in/out data.
  • Ensuring efficient communication with other departments such as Customer Service, Shopper Marketing, Supply Chain, etc.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a Sales Professional role within the Consumer Business (FMCG) environment
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong analytic skills
  • Good French, Dutch and English language skills

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include

  • Experience in the healthcare / pharmacy market
