Job description

Content Development and Scheduling:

• Create, schedule, and manage visually engaging and on-brand content across all the company’s social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Skool.com.

• Develop short videos tailored for Reels, TikTok, and other platform-specific formats to maximize audience engagement.

Social and Email Engagement Program:

• Build and maintain a structured social media and email engagement program, driving brand awareness and user engagement through consistent interactions across all channels.

Content Calendar and Design Consistency:

• Create a well-organized content calendar, ensuring timely posts and aligned branding across all social media and email campaigns.

• Design custom graphics and illustrations to enhance posts, maintaining visual consistency and adhering to the company’s brand voice and style.

Community Engagement and Influencer Outreach:

• Lead community interactions by responding to follower messages, comments, and likes with a warm, professional tone.

• Actively reach out to influencers and related brands through direct messaging and collaborations to drive engagement and expand the company’s social community.

Campaign Execution and Tradeshow Support:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with the company’s growth strategy.

Analytics, Reporting and Strategic Insights:

• Track and report on key social media performance metrics, including engagement rates, audience growth, and campaign effectiveness.

• Provide regular insights and strategic recommendations to optimize the company’s social media and engagement strategies.

Market and Trend Awareness:

• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and platform changes.

• Identify innovative content ideas and engagement strategies to maintain the company’s relevance and appeal within target audiences.

Collaborative Alignment:

• Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure social media content aligns with the company’s overall marketing strategy.

• Tailor designs and messages to resonate with target audiences, contributing to a cohesive brand experience across all channels.
