⚡ Your Mission as Social Media Manager:

You will create and execute cutting-edge social media strategies that engage our gaming and shopping communities, foster brand loyalty, and enhance our reputation as leaders in the skin gaming and gamified shopping industries. You will harness the power of social media to connect with our audience, increase player and customer acquisition, and build meaningful, long-lasting relationships with our growing community of users.

You will be working on:

CSGORoll — the world’s #1 skin gaming site. A community social gaming platform specifically designed for CS2 players, featuring unique in-house custom-built games, such as Roulette, Crash, Unboxing, and PVP.

HypeDrop — a leading gamified shopping platform, where over 500,000 users experience the excitement of real-time mystery box openings, box battles, and customizable deals. Since 2018, HypeDrop has sold over 150 million boxes, revolutionizing the way people shop and win.

You will:

  • Develop and manage engaging content for CSGORoll and HypeDrop across platforms such as X, Instagram, TikTok, Discord, and YouTube.
  • Own the content calendar, ensuring consistency in posting, tone, and visual aesthetics that align with each brand’s identity.
  • Create innovative content tailored to gaming and e-commerce audiences, including in-game highlights, mystery box reveals, and community-driven challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (PR, marketing, design) to ensure content is aligned with broader marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Actively engage with the CSGORoll and HypeDrop communities, responding to comments, questions, and feedback across all social media channels.
  • Foster a dynamic and interactive community through regular Q&A sessions, live content (such as Twitch streams), and in-platform events like giveaways and competitions.
  • Collaborate with community managers to maintain a continuous dialogue with followers and nurture a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Lead the ideation and execution of social media campaigns to promote key events, updates, and features for both CSGORoll and HypeDrop.
  • Partner with influencers, content creators, and affiliates to drive campaigns that resonate with the gaming and shopping audience, increasing brand exposure.
  • Implement gamification strategies within campaigns to drive user engagement, including mystery box challenges and PVP interactions for CSGORoll users.
  • Use social media analytics tools to track the performance of posts and campaigns, providing insights to refine and optimize strategies.
  • Report on key performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion rates) on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, making data-driven recommendations.
  • Continuously improve content performance by analyzing social media trends and user behavior specific to the gaming and e-commerce sectors.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels, adhering to tone, voice, and identity guidelines for both CSGORoll and HypeDrop.
  • Proactively manage the brand’s online reputation, collaborating with the PR team to handle any crisis communication or potential brand challenges.
  • Monitor and respond to user feedback in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience across all platforms.
  • Identify and capitalize on trending topics, memes, and content formats that resonate with gaming and shopping communities.
  • Experiment with new social media formats such as live streaming, user-generated content campaigns, and interactive PVP content.


You will excel in this role if you possess:

  • Minimum of 3 years of social media management experience, preferably within the gaming, e-commerce, or tech industries.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and executing social media campaigns that drive engagement and user growth.
  • In-depth understanding and hands-on experience managing social media platforms such as X, Instagram, TikTok, Discord, and YouTube.
  • Proven ability to grow and engage communities on Discord and drive engagement through interactive formats like Twitch streams or in-game events.
  • Ability to create compelling visual and written content, including short-form videos, memes, and interactive posts.
  • Basic proficiency in video and image editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Strong experience using social media analytics tools to track performance, gather insights, and optimize content strategies.
  • Ability to interpret data and metrics, translating insights into actionable improvements.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to devise unique content ideas and campaigns tailored to the gaming and e-commerce audience.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills, able to align content with business goals and drive community engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with internal teams, influencers, and the community.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A deep passion for gaming, especially the CS2 and skin gaming communities, as well as a solid understanding of gamified shopping experiences.
