JOB TITLE: Social Media Manager

RATE: PHP 208.33 per hour

Work Type: 

  • Part-time (15-20 hrs/week)

  • Remote/WFH

JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media Strategy & Planning

  1. Develop & Execute Strategy: Create and implement a strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest, with specific growth goals and timelines

  2. Content Calendar: Develop a monthly social media calendar to ensure consistent posting and coordinated themes across platforms.

  3. Trend Research: Stay updated on social media trends and platform updates to incorporate fresh content and relevant tactics.

Content Creation & Scheduling

  1. Create Visual & Written Content: Design visually appealing posts (images, videos, infographics) with captions that reflect our brand tone and objectives.

  2. Scheduling & Posting: Schedule posts to go live at optimal times for each platform, maximizing reach and engagement.

  3. Story & Reel Creation: Post engaging Stories, Reels, and short videos regularly, focusing on trending topics, “behind-the-scenes” content, and customer testimonials.


Engagement & Community Management

  1. Respond & Engage: Monitor comments, messages, and mentions across all platforms, engaging with followers promptly and professionally.

  2. Foster Community: Engage with followers by liking, commenting, and sharing content from aligned brands and partners to build a connected online community.

  3. Identify Influencers: Research and connect with influencers or brand advocates who can help boost reach and credibility.

Analytics & Reporting

  1. Performance Tracking: Regularly review platform analytics to measure post reach, engagement, and follower growth, adjusting strategies as needed.

  2. Monthly Reporting: Create monthly reports on social media growth, engagement, and other key metrics, providing insights into what’s working and areas for improvement.

SEO & Pinterest Optimization 

  1. Optimize Pinterest for SEO: Research and implement keywords to ensure Pinterest posts and boards appear in relevant searches.

  2. Pinterest Strategy: Develop a Pinterest strategy that focuses on pinning valuable content regularly and optimizing descriptions, board names, and images to enhance visibility.

  3. A/B Testing: Test diFFerent visuals and captions to improve Pinterest SEO and clickthrough rates, aiming to become a top search result within our field.




JOB REQUIREMENTS


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

  • Proficiency in social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.

  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).

  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for content creation.

  • Strong understanding of social media strategy development and execution.

  • Experience in creating and implementing SEO strategies, particularly for Pinterest.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging visual and written content.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience in creating Stories and Reels on social media platforms.
