Job Overview

As the Real Estate Operations Coordinator, you will serve as a pivotal support system for our operations, ensuring the seamless execution of daily tasks while upholding our brand’s professionalism. You will act as an essential link between the broker and clientele, managing communications and appointments effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transaction Coordination: Oversee and facilitate both buyer and seller transactions, including organizing required inspections and site visits.
  • Database Management: Ensure our customer database is meticulously maintained and updated for accuracy and security.
  • Documentation Preparation: Compile MLS listings, draft necessary real estate documentation, and assist in various sales processes.
  • Marketing Support: Contribute to monthly marketing initiatives, including social media engagements and the creation of promotional materials.
  • Communication Management: Relay important messages to the broker from phone calls, emails, memos, or reports.
  • Scheduling Oversight: Manage the broker's calendar, including team meetings and travel logistics.
  • Administrative Support: Provide assistance with additional administrative responsibilities as needed, serving as the primary contact for the principal broker.

Required Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and MLS software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, with the capacity to handle confidential information and meet tight deadlines.
  • Reliable transportation for occasional travel to listings within the local area.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in an administrative support role, ideally within the real estate field.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A real estate license and industry experience are preferred.
