Project: Legal Solutions Platform

Project Overview: As a Product Owner, you will lead the development of a digital platform to improve legal services. This solution focuses on enhancing client engagement and streamlining workflows through user-friendly tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment, guiding priorities to deliver scalable services that meet the needs of legal professionals and their clients.

Responsibilities

• Managing the backlog - prioritizing and managing the list of tasks in the product backlog.
• Planning product releases and setting priorities according to business value.
• Effective communication and collaboration with the development team, Solution Architect, and Client to quickly implement new features and resolve problems.
• Creating action strategies and planning tasks.
• Making quick decisions in case of blockages or delays and identifying and solving problems.
• Negotiating requirements with the product team, development team, and Solution Architect.
• Leading the team in a way that inspires and supports team members, motivating them to take action.
• Implementing and supervising the Scrum process.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as Product Owner.
• Technical understanding of key technological aspects (databases, microservices, authentication).
• High communication skills in English; daily work in an international environment.
• Ability to effectively manage the backlog, prioritize tasks, and ensure team continuity.
• Experience in leading a team; leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills in cooperation with both team members and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Negotiation skills.
