Position Overview:
As a key contributor to the company’s success, the MarTech team enables higher marketing efficiency across all touch points. The team works on a variety of topics, including automation of paid marketing campaigns, tech SEO, CRM automation, creative automation, and the introduction of AI technologies. As a Product Owner for Marketing Technology, you will be a part of this dynamic team and will own several strategic topics end-to-end.
In your new role you will:
Own end-to-end solution development for several key projects, collect input from stakeholders, understand the key problems to solve, investigate technical solutions and the best possible option for a timely solution delivery, work on specifications and delivery with our internal development team or lead a purchasing and implementation process for an external tool.
Own final success metrics connected to your project, depending on a project you own it might vary from reduction of time of spend on an activity to an increase of website traffic.
Collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders, including engineering team, marketing teams, analytics team.
Ideate on new ways to generate value via upgrade of our approaches or technology stack.
Stay up to date with industry trends, ensure that Welltech stays a market leader.
What we expect from you:
Proven track record in value delivery in one of martech areas such as CRM automation, paid campaign automation or creative automation.
Problem solver at heart, ability to break down large problems into manageable tasks and to distill the core of a problem.
Very strong project management skills.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Programming skills are a big plus.
Technical background such as a degree in computer science or engineering is a big plus.
