Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic direction of tech products( preferrabaly AI/data products) to achieve company goals


Leadership & Team Management

  • Provide leadership and manage smooth implementation as Product owner in the B2B tech product/solution delivery effectively, mentoring and developing team members.
  • Client Engagement & Stakeholder Communication
  • Engage with clients at a strategic level to understand their business needs and challenges and align B2B tech product/ solutions to drive their strategic goals.
  • Leading Client workshops, prepare & deliver presentation pitch to clients with detailed project plan, scope, action items, status report etc. with the help of PO & BA and managing Client expectations.
  • Presales Lead & Solutioning
  • Develop and maintain project documentation such as Project charters (SoWs),(BRD), (FSD), to support pre-sales efforts.
  • Prepare data governance meeting decks, demo outlines, UAT sign-off documents and go-live presentations.
  • Agile Methodology & Performance Monitoring
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, with the help of PO & BA.
  • Own the DevOps project board and ensure timely delivery. Participate in sprint planning meetings.
  • User Feedback & Quality Assurance
  • Gather feedback from end-users and stakeholders, incorporating it into AI and CRM product development to ensure the final product meets user needs.
  • Domain Expertise & Knowledge Sharing
  • Act as a subject matter expert in AI and CRM domains - leading and mentoring a team of AI/ CRM developers
  • Requirements: Master's degree in business administration field.
  • Experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager and led the development & launch of at least three successful AI/CRM solutions, with a proven track record of managing product roadmaps for complex projects with budgets exceeding $10 million.


Proven expertise in(ML) and CRM technologies, with a strong understanding of (NLP) or generative AI (GenAI).
