We are looking for a National Vape Manager to join our growing Field Force Team. In this exciting role, you will be focusing on establishing and activating Vape accounts and Multi Site Operators (Key Accounts) MSOs nationally to accelerate and flawlessly activate multi-category offerings.
“Your day to day”
Regional Forward Planning and Management
- As the National Vape Manager, you'll develop and manage the Vape Channel National deployment plan.
- You will be collaborating with the Commercial Planning team to agree on an activation plan and approach within the Vape channel.
- With the support of the Area Activation Managers and Territory Activation Executives (TAE’s), you'll prospect key MSO accounts and identify the best stores to partner with and activate.
- You will be responsible for delivering critical metrics for Vape national by agreeing on targets and setting metrics for acquisition, conversion, and availability across all our portfolio offering. Working together with the Head of Field Force, you'll build a bottom-up plan to deliver metrics.
- You'll take the lead on 3rd Party Online execution across multi-category products and coordinate and lead the business calendar.
Insights
- As part of your role, you'll analyze reports and data provided by the intelligence team to generate actionable insights. From this, you'll provide executive-level summaries of insights to the Head of Finance and other key collaborators.
Regional People Management
- As a second level people manager, you'll retain strong team performance through motivation, personal development, and role modelling.
- You'll identifying development needs for Area Activation Managers (AAM's) and Territory Activation Executives (TAE's) to manage performance as individuals and as a team.
- You'll train the team on policies, new processes and deployment plans and ensure being accountable for team adherence to policy and procedural compliance.
- You'll be involved in timely and successful recruitment of TAEs and AAM’s.
Communications
- By giving clarity of direction to the team, communicating the regional plan effectively, you'll develop close working relationships with direct reports and colleagues, supporting and operating as a team.
- You'll build the brand of the Field Force with colleagues in the office.
To be successful in your application, you must have the legal right to work in the UK and a valid driving license is required due to the national travel involved in this role (60% travel is required). You can be based anywhere in the UK!
“About You”
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the vaping, FMCG, or regulated consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record in national sales management and brand growth, with experience in developing successful sales strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement multi-channel strategies and exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritise and lead multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in managing and developing a Field Force team, with strong mentoring and leadership abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence team members at all levels.
