Your New Role

As our next Plumbing Service Technician, you’ll be on the front lines of our operations, responsible for:

• Installing, testing, and servicing plumbing systems, products, and equipment.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with precision—using tools and experience to evaluate and resolve problems.
• Promoting and educating clients on our products, services, and best practices, ensuring they’re set up for success.
• Performing repairs and replacements when needed, including ordering necessary parts and completing installations.
• Upholding Mink Plumbing's commitment to safety, service, and excellence at every turn.

This Job Is for You If:

• You’ve got 2+ years of experience in residential service.
• You hold a Tradesman or Journeyman License, or you’re an apprentice with over two years in the field.
• You’re comfortable with a performance pay structure and thrive when rewarded for your results.
• You have a clean driving record and can pass a drug test.
• You’re a problem-solver who loves working with customers and helping them understand their systems.
