  • Create and deploy highly relevant materials, programs, and initiatives to drive engagement and demand for Pearl’s AI solutions.
  • Plan, organize, and execute events and webinars, ensuring all aspects are covered from setup to follow-up.
  • Develop and manage sponsorship marketing and co-marketing strategies with partners.
  • Implement and refine account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to target key accounts effectively.
  • Produce compelling case studies that highlight the success and impact of Pearl’s AI solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed.
  • Work closely with the broader marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice across all channels.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate partner sales teams on Pearl’s products.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of a partner portal with resources, training materials, and marketing assets.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of partner marketing initiatives and sales enablement efforts.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from partners to continuously improve marketing materials, training programs, and support resources.
  • Tailor marketing collateral and campaigns to align with the unique needs and branding of each partner.
  • Collaborate with partners to co-create and execute joint marketing campaigns.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • At least 4 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on dental technology/software marketing.
  • Proven track record in content development, event planning, and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with webinar setup, planning, and promotion.
  • Strong background in sponsorship marketing, co-marketing strategies, and ABM marketing.
  • Ability to create and develop compelling case studies.
