Role Description:

We're on the hunt for a hungry and ambitious Key Account Manager to join our team. If you've got a knack for building relationships and promoting our trading platform to potential partners, then this might be the perfect gig for you. Your main goal will be to drive channel sales through partnerships and help us expand our reach.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Partnership Building: You'll be identifying, approaching, and building relationships with potential partners to get our brand out there and attract more users.
  • Channel Sales Strategy: Come up with creative strategies to engage partners and make sure they understand why our trading platform is the best in the game.
  • Market Research: Dive deep into the market to identify potential partners and keep an eye on the competition in the FX sector.
  • Sales Support: Be there for our partners, providing them with the resources and support they need to effectively promote our platform.
  • Compliance Awareness: Make sure you're always operating within our legal framework while promoting our services, keeping a low profile in all communications and engagements.
  • Performance Tracking: Keep tabs on how our partnerships are performing, adjust strategies as needed, and report back to the team.

What We're Looking For:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or something related would be awesome, but not a dealbreaker if you've got the skills and drive.
  • Some experience in business development, sales, or partnership management would be a plus, especially if it's within financial services or trading platforms.
  • A solid understanding of FX sales and the brokerage landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in English and Chinese, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • The ability to work discreetly and professionally in a sensitive market environment.
  • A self-motivated, results-driven approach with the ability to work independently.
