What You Know
You hold a master’s degree in chemical engineering, that equips you with a solid foundation in your field. You have technical knowledge of membrane science and technology, have a basic understanding of it, and are eager to expand and apply it. While your experience may be early in your career, you bring a curious and proactive approach to learning and adapting to new challenges. Any exposure you’ve had to project management is an asset, and you’re enthusiastic about developing these skills further as you grow in the role.

About The Job
In this role, you will have a key part in managing and evolving the product portfolio. You will lead portfolio simplification projects to ensure a streamlined and effective offering. Additionally, you will drive phase-out projects and manage selected product launches across the portfolio, including the preparation of business cases.
You will take a central role in driving product standardization projects, working closely with Engineering & Supply and Sales to ensure alignment and meet project expectations. Continuous improvement will also be a key focus, where you will support quality and production teams in their product-related optimization efforts.
Collaboration is essential in this role, as you will be a key support for Sales, ensuring aligned product information is available for both internal and external use. You will also assist with the implementation and maintenance of systems, ensuring product data, pricing, and related setups are accurate and up to date.
At Alfa Laval, we embrace a hybrid work model, providing you the flexibility to work from home when it aligns with your tasks. This position is based at our Copenhagen office, with weekly trips to our membrane production facility in Nakskov, or in Nakskov if you are a local resident. Travel commitment expected of approximately 20 - 30 days per year.
