The Role
We are looking for a passionate individual to lead our revenue related business functions, including revenue cycle management, credentialing, and patient outreach. The position will join our team to help us manage day-to-day operations related to our outreach team, with the goal to increase the number of new patients in conjunction with our new partnerships. You will analyze data and trends, and ensure we are maximizing opportunities to positively impact patient lives. Additionally, this position will oversee aspects of our revenue cycle management as they relate to new partnerships, including the day-to-day operations of the credentialing and billing teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue cycle management and project management. You will also be a highly-organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What You Bring
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with staff, patients, and management; including active listening and the ability to convey information accurately and empathetically.
- Deep knowledge and background in revenue cycle management and provider credentialing processes.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide a multidisciplinary team; fostering a positive work environment and ideally experience coaching a sales team.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement effective strategies for streamlining operations and growing our patient volume. This includes setting up and running business intelligence reports by leveraging advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently, prioritize work, and ensure that outreach operations and revenue operations run smoothly.
- Understanding and addressing the needs and concerns of team members with compassion and sensitivity, fostering a supportive and caring environment.
- Ability to handle conflicts and disagreements constructively, mediating disputes and finding amicable solutions to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances, healthcare regulations, and the evolving needs of the clinic and our patients.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with staff and other stakeholders, promoting collaboration and teamwork.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in administrative tasks, compliance with healthcare regulations and Isaac workflow protocols, and the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Efficiently managing time to balance various responsibilities, including administrative duties, staff supervision, and patient care coordination.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- 3+ years in healthcare management.
- Proven ability to train and guide a team.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in telehealth technology.
- Experience working in early-stage healthcare companies.
