Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week, 9 AM to 6 PM Monday to Friday

Job Description

As a BDR, you’ll be at the forefront of connecting businesses with transformative IT solutions. You’ll leverage state-of-the-art sales tools to identify and engage potential clients, setting the stage for high-impact partnerships. This role offers a unique blend of tech-savvy prospecting and relationship-building, allowing you to dive deep into the world of business intelligence software while honing your sales expertise. You’ll work with a team of industry experts, gaining invaluable knowledge in both sales techniques and IT services.

Responsibilities
  • Execute targeted outreach campaigns through cold calling and email
  • Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage leads and track engagement
  • Conduct LinkedIn outreach using Sales Navigator to connect with decision-makers
  • Set up and schedule high-value meetings with potential clients
  • Craft compelling social media content to boost brand visibility
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and achieve targets
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly outreach metrics
  • Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups and relationship building
  • Must be able to make 100 calls a day


Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills with a talent for building rapport quickly
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly HubSpot
  • Experience with sales tools like Apollo, Hubspot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
  • Resilience and positive attitude in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Basic understanding of IT services and business software (preferred)
  • Content creation skills for social media (a plus)
  • Ability to work full-time during U.S. Eastern Time business hours
  • Passion for technology and eagerness to learn about business intelligence solutions
