Job description

Your Mission

We are looking for a People Ops Specialist to join the People Operations team at BlaBlaCar for a 9-month fixed term contract. By providing efficient HR support in areas like onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, immigration & relocation, absence (all types of leaves), probation period, occupational visit, you ensure employees receive seamless assistance during important transitions, enhancing their satisfaction and engagement. You will be reporting to the People Operations Team Lead and working with a team of 4.

Your responsibilities
  • Proficient in handling administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage processes from onboarding to offboarding, and everything in between.
  • Handle employee relations tasks, including contract amendments.
  • Serve as the point of contact for employees' HR inquiries.

  • Your qualifications
  • Ability to handle HR procedures, including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, contract amendments,  absence (all types of leaves), probation period, occupational visit, visa application processes…
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and HR information systems or software platforms.
  • Full working proficiency in English and French
  • Knowledge of French social legislation, SYNTEC and Transportation collective agreements
  • Curiosity and ability to seek out information
