About the job:
As the Programme Delivery Manager, you will be responsible to lead the Programme Delivery Team with accountability for Networks, T Level Resource Improvement Projects (TRIPs), Leadership Mentoring Programme and Industry Insights elements of the T Levels Professional Development (TLPD) offer managing the end-to-end activity to ensure that all deliverables are achieved.
Your profile
  1. To act as an ambassador for the organisation at all times and provide a positive and professional image of the role and organisation.  
  2. Manage and deliver high-quality provision that meets contractual, sector and organisational requirements, monitoring progress and quality to ensure delivery requirements are met across the programme in line with the contractual requirements.
  3. Oversee associated budgets to ensure they are in accordance with the delivery plan and do not create a financial risk for the organisation. 
  4. Work with colleagues and delivery partners to inform the development of content and materials that meets sector needs based on qualitative and quantitative feedback.  
  5. Provide effective leadership to the Programme Delivery Team, including setting team and individual objectives that support the delivery plan, undertaking regular reviews and appraisals. 
  6. Develop an annual delivery plan/strategy, with appropriate service levels, that ensure participants benefit from high quality, timely and effective provision.
The successful candidate will have:
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience. 
  • Experience of developing and managing high-quality education and / or professional development programmes including networks and collaborative activity.
  •  Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships which promote programme objectives and increase participation rates.
  • Proven track record of developing strong relationships through effective, relationship management with the ability to work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to meet delivery expectations.
  • Commercially aware with the ability to identify opportunities for generating new business and programmes.
  • Experience of business planning, budget preparation and managing large and complex budgets.]

  • Starting Salary: £44,400 per annum to start, with service and performance related progression
  • Contract type: Full-time
