What You’ll Do:

Define and deliver roadmap initiatives for the Upgrade Investor platform
Work closely with the operations team to monitor, troubleshoot and solve issues on the Investor platform
Analyze the impact of product features and define key metrics for success
Work with other product, engineering, and design teams to support new credit products
Serve as a subject matter expert for enhancements within the investor area

What We Look For:

1-2 years of product management experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to develop strong relationships across organizational stakeholders
Proficiency with product development tools, SQL, Tableau etc.

Nice to Have:

Experience in lending industry and/or Fintech
Experience with capital markets and/or banking

The compensation range of this position in San Francisco, CA is USD $160,000 - $180,000 annually plus bonus, equity and benefits. Within this range, an individual's base pay will be dependent on a variety of factors, including without limitation, job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
