We are seeking a dynamic leader to fill a hybrid role of Product Manager and General Manager for a new, well-funded in-house project. You will be the first senior hire outside of the IT and design teams, responsible for overseeing the entire go-to-market cycle. This position is ideal for a highly motivated, ambitious, and results-driven individual who thrives in a hands-on environment and has the capacity to build, launch, and scale a top-tier product. You will work closely with the founder and founding team to ensure the project's success.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the product go-to-market strategy and vision.
• Build and prioritize the product roadmap.
• Act as the primary stakeholder for the development and design teams, ensuring alignment with the product vision.
• Manage staffing, including hiring, onboarding, and training of team members.
• Oversee partnerships, vendor relationships, and contracts.
• Lead the marketing and sales strategy execution.
• Take charge of budgeting, commercial outcomes, customer satisfaction, and the overall success of the project.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats, ensuring the product meets market needs.
• Oversee product development, collaborating with engineering and design to define, prioritize, and launch features.
• Drive improvements based on user experience and feedback, ensuring the product continuously evolves.
• Set and analyze KPIs and metrics to track product success and implement necessary adjustments.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation through post-launch, focusing on continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute both short-term and long-term business strategies to meet growth objectives.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams, promoting innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
• Ensure daily operations align with business goals and maintain operational efficiency.
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships to expand product reach and market opportunities.
• Mitigate business risks by developing strategies to ensure sustainability and growth.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven track record as a Senior Product Manager/Director/C level in igaming/casino, with experience in launching and scaling startups through all stages from idea to market success.
• Demonstrated experience in leadership within a startup or tech-driven environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with limited resources.
• Strong cross-functional team management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to shape and drive product vision and business strategy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
• Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and managing P&L.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling businesses.
