  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver features and improvements aligned with roadmap priorities
  • Lead feature experimentation to validate ideas and optimize product performance
  • Conduct market research and customer interviews to identify opportunities and pain points
  • Analyze data to inform product decisions, prioritization, and feature enhancements
  • Work closely with the broader UK team, contributing beyond product responsibilities as needed due to the lean nature of the team
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders across the company to align efforts, share insights and represent the UK team in the wider organization
  • Leverage quantitative skills to analyze metrics, track KPIs, and measure product success
You Have:
  • 6+ years of relevant product management experience, preferably in e-commerce or D2C businesses with specific experience in product led growth and/or growth marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to execute and deliver in a lean, fast-paced team environment
  • Demonstrated academic excellence or relevant educational achievements
  • Strong analytical skills, including familiarity with SQL and databases
  • Experimentation expertise: ability to design, execute, and analyze experiments to generate learnings and drive impact
  • Ability to balance user experience with aggressive business objectives
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence without authority
  • Strategic and tactical experience in designing and executing scalable processes
  • Entrepreneurial, resourceful mindset with a self-motivated approach to work
  • Collaborative and adaptable, thriving in dynamic environments with shifting priorities
  • A team player who takes ownership and accountability with a “first to take blame, last to take credit” philosophy
Our Benefits (there are more but here are some highlights):
  • Competitive salary & equity compensation for full-time roles
  • Unlimited PTO, company holidays, and quarterly mental health days
