You’ll be the person our clients first speak to, and that’s not something we take lightly. If you’ve ever been frustrated by clients who feel overlooked or issues that could’ve been resolved quickly if only someone had listened, then you already know why this role matters so much.


Your New Role:
  • Answer all incoming client calls and ensure each one receives top priority and exceptional communication.
  • Provide key introductory information to new customers.
  • Follow up with clients after purchases to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Inform clients about additional products or services that could enhance their experience.
  • Troubleshoot common client issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
  • Work closely with other CSRs and departments to find solutions and resolve queries efficiently.
  • Maintain a courteous, pleasant demeanor—whether you’re on the phone or interacting with colleagues—because your attitude impacts the whole team.
