What You'll Do
  • Provide delightful customer support to Czech-speaking clients through various communication channels.
  • Address inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a cheerful and efficient manner.
  • Assist customers with information about our products and after-sales support.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions.
  • Work together with our awesome team to meet performance goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Share your thoughts and ideas on how we can improve our services based on customer feedback.
  • Help us create a warm and welcoming customer service experience!

Requirements

  • Fluent in Czech (native level) and proficient in English.
  • Previous experience in customer service is a big plus!
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a lively environment.
  • Great problem-solving skills and a positive attitude!
  • Familiarity with customer service software (e.g., CRM systems) is an advantage.
  • Ready to relocate to Greece and dive into a new cultural adventure!
