We are looking for a motivated manager, experienced in guiding, monitoring and leading a team, with a high level of professional and personal integrity.

You are highly technical and a hands-on manager. Successful at piloting a team toward a common goal, keeping the team in a good spirit despite the challenges, orchestrating, and balancing the business needs and workloads.

Requirements

Your areas of expertise most relevant to this role:

2+ years in leading and mentoring an engineering team

10+ years of experience with languages such as Node, javascript, Java, C++, or others

Knowledge of WebRTC technologies (TURN, STUN, ICE, and audio/video codecs)

Experience with many-to-many real-time low-latency media conferencing topologies and components such as SFUs.

3+ years of experience building and operating voice and video infrastructure at scale on AWS, gcloud, Azure or others.

Experience with network protocols (HTTP, TCP/UDP, Websockets)

Experience with media protocols such as RTMP, HLS, and DASH

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent professional experience) in Computer Science or related engineering field with at least 5 years of hands-on experience

Advantage: Experience in C++ development
