ORGANIZATION SUMMARY

World Relief seeks motivated and qualified individual to manage communication processes with potential and new Churches of Welcome partners and ensure correct and efficient capturing of data related to existing and potential partners. This role will involve monitoring and maintenance of the connected systems supporting Churches of Welcome (HubSpot, Thinkific, and Microsoft Dynamics) to ensure a good experience for members, providing an integrated reporting framework.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:This position will serve to operationalize the vision of Churches of Welcome by: Managing and Enhancing Systems:
Collaborate, create, and maintain workflows to recruit new church partners for Churches of Welcome. Manage necessary changes to membership levels and offerings Ensure alignment of communication across various Churches of Welcome related platforms regarding church engagement and membership (Thinkific, HubSpot, Dynamics, Churches of Welcome website, etc.) Work closely with appropriate departments to support the internal systems, technologies, and procedures of the memberships by managing all aspects of the database as it relates to membership operations and essential functions Managing the development of in-platform Thinkific display of product and offering buckets Caring for Members:
Manage and initiate new member onboarding processes. Become an expert in the member’s journey as a Church of Welcome Problem-solve for members and internal users around various functionality issues of communication, membership, and process. Oversee the management of Churches of Welcome Communities within Thinkific. Operations and Project Managing:
Guide the operational and execution plan through providing administrative leadership Develop relevant communications to the US Programs network regarding Churches of Welcome work Oversee budget management, team working rhythms, and additional administrative duties. Plan and execute successful Churches of Welcome events in collaboration with the Marketing Department Capturing Impact:
Ensure correct data regarding church involvement and membership levels is captured and reported Establish and maintain feedback loops and evaluation process for program inputs and outputs Collect stories of impact in collaboration with the Marketing department JOB REQUIREMENTS:Mature and personal Christian faithCommitted to the mission, vision, and values of World ReliefDesire to serve and empower the Church to impact vulnerable communitiesAble to affirm and/or acknowledge World Reliefs Core Beliefs, Statement of Faith, Christian Identity and National Evangelicals For the Health of The Nation documentStrong skills in setting up, maintaining, and improving workflows and systems to manage membership and engagement functions efficiently. Fluent in Microsoft Office 365 software Strong written and verbal communication skills to work cross-functionally and manage member-facing communication, ensuring alignment across different platforms. Ability to prioritize, multi-task and organize in a fast paced and fluid environment At least 2 years of experience in marketing and partnership development Bachelor’s degree required 25% domestic travelPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Experience serving in a local church – as a staff or volunteer Consultative skills in equipping and supporting internal and external stakeholders Experience in refugee resettlement and fluency in immigration issues Ability to design, adjust, and troubleshoot processes related to membership onboarding, communication, and functionality issues.Ability to think critically and evaluate workflows, processes, and data to enhance system efficiency and improve member engagement.
