As a Landscape Analyst you will use our Insights platform to review drone imagery of commercial property sites to detect and report on their current landscaping conditions. Analysis includes the identification of different ground cover (grass, turf, mulch, rocks) and potential hazards (debris, exposed irrigation, pathway issues). In doing so, you are dedicated to helping Zeitview meet its operational OKRs. No outside travel or on-site inspections necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Take action on assignments that are ready and available for production in the Operations pipeline
  • Utilize proper software tools, channels, and workflows to follow standard procedures
  • Tasks include but are not limited to: inspecting and annotating images and preparing short reports in English that are professional and comprehensive
  • Ability to work off-hours to get the job done
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to work independently and unsupervised
  • Organizational skills and the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
  • Able to work remotely and coordinate effectively with a fully remote workforce
  • English written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills (Office suite, Slack, Google)
  • Must have and use own computer
