Bachelor's and/or hotel management certificate, Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a 4-5 star hotel, Oral and written communication skills essential in English and French, Proficiency in Windows software; Word, Excel; proficiency in Opera Sales/Catering is an asset, Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
Key responsabilities:
- Direct sales responsibility in the corporate market to maximize room revenue and occupancy
- Negotiate group rates from key accounts and other corporate markets
- Develop and maintain a prospect list, execute sales strategies and achieve revenue goals
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports; coordinate follow-up with operational departments
- Participate in sales training, prepare for events, and network to develop accounts
