Associate Staff Engineer - Salesforce Consultant

• Salesforce Expertise: Proficient in Salesforce development and design, with in-depth knowledge of Apex, Lightning, Batch Apex, Validation Rules, Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Flow, and Approval Processes.
• Project Leadership: Lead and contribute to projects involving scheme management, distributor management, data synchronization, and notifications.
• API Integration: Develop and integrate APIs to connect Salesforce with various systems, such as SAP, facilitating data flow and process automation.
• Business Acumen: Understand and translate complex business requirements into efficient and user-friendly Salesforce applications that drive enhanced customer experiences and measurable business outcomes.
• Cross-Industry Knowledge: Versatile expertise across various domains and industries, providing valuable insights and solutions to clients in diverse sectors.
• Continuous Learning: Stay current with evolving technologies, with keen interest in acquiring new skills, ensuring the ability to deliver ongoing value to clients and the organization.

Must have Skills: Spanish, Salesforce Workflow, Sales cloud, Lightning (LWC).

Certifications: Holds multiple Salesforce certifications, demonstrating a strong foundation in the platform.
