Key responsabilities:
- Provide IT Helpdesk support for Google Workspace and Atlassian Cloud
- Configure and troubleshoot end-user laptops
- Administer Google Workspace, Atlassian Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and Cisco Meraki environments
- Maintain VPN connections and monitor network equipment
- Documentation of corporate IT processes and onboarding new employees
