Job description

This is a remote position.

Scope:

  • Flexible 20 hours a week with weekly catch ups within Mashpee, MA hours
  • Primarily focused on content creation, social media management, and email marketing
  • Responsible for maintaining a consistent brand voice across all marketing channels
  • Expected to provide regular updates and reports on marketing performance
  • Collaborate closely with the business owner to understand and reflect the company’s unique value proposition in all marketing materials

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage content for blog posts, social media, and email newsletters
  • Utilize HubSpot to schedule and publish content across various platforms
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Write and design email newsletters to keep clients informed and engaged
  • Manage and update the company’s website content through HubSpot CMS
  • Collaborate with the business owner to align marketing efforts with company goals and values
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry
  • Excellent writing and content creation skills
  • Proficiency in social media management and email marketing
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or willingness to learn quickly
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and proactively
  • Creativity in developing marketing campaigns that resonate with a high-end clientele
