Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate comprehensive patient care to ensure an effective and smooth recovery process, particularly for patients healing from work-related injuries.
  • Accompany patients to medical appointments as needed, offering essential support and guidance.
  • Educate patients about their treatment plans and assist them in understanding their recovery journey.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to adapt to our proprietary software, EagleOne.
  • A collaborative and positive attitude focused on achieving optimal outcomes for patients and clients.

Qualifications

To excel in this position, you should be meticulous, possess outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, and be comfortable with technology. Preferred qualifications include:

  • Active RN licensure in the state of employment.
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Additional certifications such as CCM, CDMS, or CLNC are advantageous.
