Remote Virtual Case Manager/Special Education Teacher | WFH

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and instructional strategies that cater to the unique needs of each student.
• Deliver instruction and assistance in core subjects and specialized areas as specified in students’ IEPs.
• Monitor and evaluate students’ progress, adapting instructional methods and resources as necessary.
• Maintain regular communication with students, families, and school personnel to share updates on student achievement and address any issues.
• Participate in virtual team meetings, engage in professional development opportunities, and collaborate with fellow educators to enhance teaching practices.
