Job Description

Provide technical support services for end users or partners of Experian Healthcare (EHC) solutions.  The Client Technical Specialist will provide support services for our Bad Plan Code Detection product. This product ensures that a patient has been registered with the correct insurance plan. The successful Client Technical Specialist will develop an understanding of health insurance eligibility in the USA and the data returned within an eligibility request, evaluating this data and coding of client specific rules.

Analytical capabilities and the ability to create logical expressions will be necessary to your success.

 

Responsibilities:

·       Provide technical support for internal and external customers of EHC software solutions.  Duties will include ongoing support of the Bad Plan Code Detection product as well as other assignments as needed.

·       Meaningful response/resolution to assigned requests within established Service Level Agreement (SLA) time frames.   

·       Review transaction data to identify trends and code resultant business rules. 

·       Participate in internal and client meetings.

Qualifications

·       Familiarity with Boolean logical expressions.

·       Experience in healthcare strongly

·       Experience with software support and delivery in the healthcare industry. Proven experience of successful interaction with end-user population within a healthcare environment is strongly. 

·       Independent problem solving

·       Must be able to handle multiple tasks, take initiative and prioritize multiple work items.

·       Strong attention to detail and accuracy are required.

·       Ability to follow supplied specifications with a very high degree of accuracy is required.
