Position Description:
As a Concierge Services Specialist at PAR Technology Corporation, you will manage and maintain the Data Central database for multiple clients. Data Central is a back-office restaurant solution offering functionalities like cost of goods management, scheduling, payroll, reporting, and more. Your primary goal will be to become a subject matter expert on the platform, enabling you to provide exceptional service and support to our clients.
You'll work in a collaborative team environment, handling database administration tasks so that our clients can focus on running their businesses. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with restaurant management experience and a knack for technology, particularly POS and back-office systems.

What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of experience in the technology industry.
- Previous experience in a hospitality management role. Understanding of back-of-house responsibilities including cost of goods, scheduling, payroll, reporting
- A strong customer service orientation and the desire to exceed client expectations.
- A passion for learning, with an eagerness to grow technical and interpersonal skills.
- A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. This role will be about 70% email support and 30% phone support
- Proven ability to write clear, simple instructions for complex topics.
- Attention to detail with the ability to understand the bigger picture.
- Strong organizational skills and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- A proven track record in Professional Services.
- Familiarity with agile and dynamic technical environments.
What You’ll Do:
- Support and coordinate client needs with a focus on delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
- Execute timely and high-quality updates to client databases, ensuring data integrity.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance the client experience.
- Handle multi-channel support, including phone and email communication.
- Monitor and manage email inquiries and ticket creation for new support opportunities.
- Keep internal and external tracking systems updated.
- Utilize tools like Data Central, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, and AutoTask to perform daily tasks.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client calls and emails.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as needed to support team goals.

Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $55,000 to $60,000 USD per year commensurate with work location, experience, skills, certifications, education, and prior accomplishments. The position may be eligible for additional compensation, including a bonus, commission and/or equity, as applicable.
