Job description

HR Customer support coordinator

Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic HR Customer support coordinator to join our HR Operations team. In this role, you will also be responsible to coordinate the customer support to be the first point of contact for employees seeking assistance with HR-related inquiries. You will provide timely and accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for our employees, The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong customer relations skills, listening skills and attention to detail when dealing with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to employee inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide first contact information on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Assist employees with HR-related issues, including benefits, payroll, and leave of absence.
  • Document and track inquiries and resolutions in the HR system.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior HR staff or other departments as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on HR policies and systems.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and services.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including MS Office and HRIS.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
