You’ll be responsible for

  • Formulating, implementing and managing strategic business plans of client accounts to achieve sales revenue targets.
  • Working closely with Partners (within the banking industry) to determine their present and future needs and proposing suitable products, services and upgrades in order to maintain and grow revenue for the organisation.
  • Acting as the main interface when required between the client and the organisation, to ensure an optimal level of service is provided at all times and continually seek the opportunity to participate in Partners' strategic business planning processes.
  • Maintaining and updating all Salesforce KPIs and Supervision and Monitoring requirements.
  • Ensuring sustainable profitable growth through agreed strategy and action planning with Partner, including execution and monitoring of performance against operational benchmarks.

 

About You:

  • Experience in the banking sector will be essential and experience as a Relationship Manager or Account Manager will ensure your success in the role.
  • Proven experience understanding bankers, Partners, and key stakeholders requirements, able to identify revenue driving opportunities through upskilling, service training and bankers development.
  • Strong planning and prioritization skills, with the capability to organize tasks and manage competing resources and demands effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a metrics driven environment with the ability to continually achieve targets and use data to report on revenue driving activities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to engage with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact, and influence
