Job Title
Account Manager - Sleep and Respiratory Care

Job Description

As an Account Manager for Sleep and Respiratory Care you are responsible for defined DME and End to end sales process. Act as a single contact point for customers and manage CRM and KOL relationship, develop new opportunities.

Your role:

  • Developing, maintaining and improving relations with existing and potential customers (DMEs and hospital prescribers) in North Portugal.

  • Creating the yearly sales plan, with help of sales management, to set targets and to plan actions and MarCom deliverables. Develop plans and offers for the accounts.

  • Initializing customer tailored sales actions and supporting national sales actions. 

  • Presenting and explaining the local product portfolio and supports the national promotions. 

  • Reporting regularly on sales results and expectations, market and competition and trends to inform about the situation.

As a part of Sleep and Respiratory Care East Iberia team you will be reporting to Sales Leader S&RC Iberia

You will have an opportunity to develop your sales and operational management skills in a multinational set up while working in a hybrid model.

You are the right fit if:

  • You have at least 2-3 years of experience in account management, or sales in the healthcare industry. You understand local market environments, reimbursement models, public tenders and local challenges and regulations. You have great clinical knowledge, experience with ventilation, sleep and respiratory devices would be considered a plus.

  • You have negotiation, contracting and problem-solving skills to develop the account. You have experience working with large matrix teams both internal and externally.

  • You are fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and in English languages

  • You are willing and able to travel.


How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
