Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:

As a Business Development Executive (Sales), you will manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals and following up for payment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and Services needs.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals etc.,
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales deals to achieve individual targets
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and network with potential clients
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends and competitors
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress using CRM software
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical departments, to develop effective sales strategies and ensure client satisfaction
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and profitability for both the company and clients
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to effectively communicate the value and benefits of our solutions to clients

Requirements

  • At least 3 to 12 years of experience in end-to-end sales, business development or similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in Technology, IT security / Consulting , Cybersecurity or Software industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence clients.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of the market and understanding of the technology industry trends in the region.
  • Willingness to travel locally and occasionally nationally, as required.

Job Type: Permanent

Emp type: Monday to Friday - 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Manila time

Location: Remote / Work from home – (but once the entity is established, they may shift to either hybrid or full onsite. Location is yet to be confirmed.)
