Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This fully remote position will handle inbound voice calls, providing exceptional customer service to address inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver solutions. High proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for clear and effective communication with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details.
  • Resolve customer issues, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service on every call.
  • Document call details and customer interactions in the company's system.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Accomplishing related duties as required.
