About The Opportunity

As the Product Operations Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing key components to the Product & Technology roadmap. This role will report to the Director of Product Operations and requires someone with a strong background in analysis and reporting. This role will work closely with the engineering, product management and cloud teams.

Where you will make an impact

• Serve as a trusted strategic business partner for Product and Technology leadership
• Establish process to track and manage R&D resource allocations, as well as associated investments across portfolio
• Develop framework and reporting to improve transparency to resource allocations and overall Product investments
• Drive regular cadence of project and key data reviews with project and leadership teams to ensure alignment to resource and cost allocations vs plan
• Ensure resource and cost allocations align to roadmap commitments and driving formal change requests as adjustments are required
• Drive adherence to roadmap standards to ensure accuracy of reporting and progress
• Support efforts within Product and Technology roadmap process in partnership with other key Ops roles
• Support efforts to produce Product Ops data and analytics for board, QBR, and other reporting as needed
  
  

What You Will Bring

• 2+ years of data and financial analysis and/or project management experience preferred
• Experience working with stakeholders to drive business outcomes
• Demonstrated problem solver who can navigate ambiguity to get to the appropriate solution
• Attention to detail and commitment to driving the best results for our business
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Experience creating and driving reviews of reporting packages
• Self-motivated and self-starting with a desire to learn and drive growth and change
