Job description

Your role and responsibilities
We at MiSUMi are looking for you, our new E-Commerce Specialist.
As our E-Commerce Specialist you will be responsible for creating, coordinating, and managing content in the e-commerce sector, focusing on customer needs and enhancing the user experience of the MiSUMi website and online shop. This involves supporting UX activities, conducting user and A/B testing, and analyzing the customer journey to recommend optimizations based on feedback. Additionally, responsible for managing projects like landing pages and marketing tools, evaluating content performance using KPIs, and reporting outcomes. The role also involves managing internal and external stakeholders and promoting innovative, out-of-the-box solutions.

Improvement Activities
Drive 360° innovation based on the company startegy.

Website Performance Analysis
Utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze website performance.
Generate regular reports on key metrics and provide actionable insights.

Landing Page Creation
Design and optimize landing pages to support marketing campaigns and promotions.
Collaborate with other marketing teams to align landing page content and promotion of campaign objectives.

Supporting the team
In case of necessity, supporting other teams, such as MAS, in coordination with Manager / TeamLead

Planning/Reporting
Reporting KPIs where needed, planning of UX tasks

Communication
Communicate clearly with other teams in regards of tasks, deadline

Managing Projects
Supporting with Website development and monitoring the outcome

Your profile
Education | Experience | Skills

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in marketing or related
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce, UX, or a related field
  • Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • Experience in content writing and content management systems
  • Able to create basic analytics reports
  • Knowledge in user centered design, best practices and common marketing tools
  • Able to drive innovation, bring in and move forward new ideas, ownership for projects, empathy for the user, team player
  • Experience with Creation, coordination, and management of content for the e-commerce sector
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a very diverse environment
